Complaints Procedure

We hope to provide a prompt and efficient service in relation to all matters that we handle. Experience has shown that where complaints are received they are often the result of misunderstandings or a breakdown in communication between solicitor and client. Clearly the sooner we have your request for further information or complaint the sooner we can deal with it.  In the first instance please write or contact the person handling your file.

If still unresolved please refer the matter to one of the partners of the relevant office. 

Any concerns will be dealt with in accordance with our written complaints procedure, a copy of which is available on request.

If you are still dissatisfied any client has the right to complain to the Legal Ombudsman ( at PO Box 6806 Wolverhampton WV1 9WJ.
